"Does Anybody Kare?" is a song written to raise public attention in an effort to get people to adopt orphaned animals. Everyday animals are being left behind or abandoned. They are left on their own to find food and seek shelter. Monies from the sale of this song will go to local humane societies or animal shelters working to help save animals' lives. "Does Anybody Kare?" is performed by Eli Grimes and was written by independent songwriters Eli Grimes, David W. Miller, and Jim Stafford. It was recorded at Eclipse Studios in Saint Augustine, Florida, which is owned by Jim Stafford. Mr. Stafford donated studio time for the recording of this song. Over the past few years, Eli Grimes has been dedicated to writing songs to create public awareness about events affecting humanity. The second song on the CD, "Phantom Ferry", was written to bring awareness about the need to keep the St. Johns River clean from pollution. It was co-written by Eli Grimes and David W. Miller. On the "Does Anybody Kare?" CD, there are 14 original songs. Al of the songs on the CD are performed by Eli Grimes. Songs 3 through 14 were written solely by Eli Grimes.
